Senior Business Development Manager

Can be a BD Manager OR Sr. BD Manager.We are working with a top AmLaw firm looking for a Senior Business Development Manager for the Corporate groups.This person MUST be coming from BD/Marketing within a law firm. The Senior Business Development Manager supports the Corporate groups, leading business development and coordinating branding and marketing efforts. Mentoring a junior BDM.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and executes business development plans to expand and diversify client relationships and attract new clients.Provides strategic advice and innovative ideas to support client retention and brand growth.Creates pitch materials, supports lateral recruiting, integrates new partners, and develops marketing collateral.Analyzes market data, plans client events, drives thought leadership, manages budgets, and mentors team members.QualificationsBachelors Degree required; JD, MBA, or related advanced degree may substitute for experience.Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with preferred supervision and law firm/professional services experience.
