Our innovative manufacturing client seeks a driven Sales Coordinator to grow with their Business Development team! The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts well to ambiguity, and can build strong relationships with customers and internal team members.Primary ResponsibilitiesOnboard new customers and manage contract signing processes.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the product development phase. Investigate and resolve customer issues related to delivery, pricing, quality, and product details, taking ownership of solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.Assist with streamlining operations to improve accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Requirements & QualificationsManufacturing industry experience is required; food manufacturing experience is preferred.3+ years of experience in sales support, account management/coordination, and/or customer service.Familiarity with CRM and ERP software systems is required; exposure to SAP or similar is preferred.Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.Organized with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills.A bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing or a related field is preferred.This is an onsite position based in the Newberg, OR area- local or relocating candidates only, please.BenefitsBenefits are available to eligible full-time employees and can include coverage for medical, dental, life insurance, long-term disability, 401k with employer match, and wellness programs.
