We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Strategist to drive the development, execution, and optimization of luxury automotive clients customer messaging. This individual will be responsible for producing high-quality, compliant, and regionally relevant communications across multiple digital channels - ensuring alignment with brand standards and legal guidelines. This role will require a strong interest in copywriting, digital marketing, analytics, and technical proficiency with the ability to drive engagement beyond traditional communication tactics.Key **Copywriting & Compliance *o Generate relevant copy for event invites, websites, and other marketing assets.o Provide creative consultation for asset development to minimize revisions with internal teams and external vendors.o Develop and refine centralized messaging to ensure consistency, regional alignment, and actionability. Ensure all copywriting is grammatically correct, well-formatted, and aligned with client's tone and voice. Strategic Consultation & *o Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve overall performance on email communications (conversion rates, Click to Open, and Open Rates).o Conduct in-depth performance reviews of email/digital/app campaigns, identifying winning and losing elements, and recommending adjustments for optimization.o Develop client-facing dashboards for real-time email and campaign performance insights. o Research trends in email/digital marketing and implement improvements based on market changes and technological advancements.Platform Expertise & Vendor *o Serve as the primary point of contact for the email design platform, ensuring optimal template creation and usage.o Responsible for staying ahead of all digital platform updates and best practices.o Coordinate with client's legal team and ad agency to ensure all creative content meets brand compliance and approval standards.****· 1-3 years of experience in copywriting, digital marketing, and campaign analytics.· Experience in email marketing platforms (Stripo, Stensul, Mailchimp, Brevo, etc).· Strong understanding in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics, with the ability to develop performance dashboards.· Familiarity with email marketing trends, A/B testing, and creative strategies for increasing engagement and performance.· Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with legal, vendors, and other teams to ensure compliance and quality.· Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven recommendations to clients and stakeholders.· Automotive and/or agency experience is a plus.Candidates must be based in New York, Dallas, or Chicago to be eligible for this role.
