Facilities Engineer

Must **5+ years of experience working with HVAC utilities - circulation systems, air handlers, rooftop units, VAVs, VFDs, etc.Strong Blueprint reading and interpretation skillsUnderstanding of load calculations for HVAC sizing and designAbility to read and interpret TAB reportsPressure differential containment understanding for clean room and CNC controlGMP/Pharmaceutical industry experienceBachelors Degree in engineering - HVAC/mechanical preferredExperience working with clean utilitiesJob **Provides support for all HVAC utilities on-site, including air handlers, VAVs, VFDs, and rooftop unitsEvaluates all equipment/systems to identify areas of improvement that can be madeWill conduct root/cause analysis for all equipment and provides documentation for this equipment to the quality team*$125,000 per year annual salary.
