ADAMIS GROUP USAdamis Group Us is a staffing and sales company providing best in class in-store support.The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic initiatives, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role will require a deep understanding of the beauty market, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to foster relationships with key clients and retailers.1. Sales Strategy Development:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored for our clients and for new ones.2. Team Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and recruiting teams focused on staffing and sales optimization.- Oversee sales, recruitment, training, and development of sales staff and ensure adequate staffing levels in line with business needs.3. Revenue Growth:- Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds them.- Identify key accounts and develop strategies for growing market share within those accounts.4. Client Relationship Management:- Focus on retaining existing clients by providing exceptional service, delivering results and building long-term relationships.- Offer additional services or solutions to existing clients that align with their needs and goals.Mission and Main Responsibilities:Will participate in company strategies partnering with the founders/CEO and Global ManagementFormulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business in addition to implementing the overall strategic direction and new business development.Qualifications/Skills and competencies:- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, specifically in the beauty industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce sales channels in the beauty market.- Experience in staffing and building effective sales teams.Skills:- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Demonstrated business acumen: intellectually curious about organizational systems, business strategies and emerging industry trends.- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.- Manage profitability of the organization including setting budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing financial performance- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to travel.Reports to:CEO and Global EVP, Co-founder.
