The ideal candidate has a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing high-performing sales teams, and holding reps accountable to key performance metrics. Experience in aviation, staffing, or a related industry is strongly preferred. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, improving sales processes, and ensuring our sales team consistently delivers value to our clients.Essential Functions: Sales Leadership & Performance Management:Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.Monitor sales activity, pipeline progression, and performance metrics, ensuring accountability at all levels.Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team training to reinforce best practices.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.Create a culture of accountability by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback.Sales Strategy & Execution:Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute the company's sales strategy in the aviation staffing market.Identify new revenue opportunities, optimize sales processes, and enhance lead generation efforts.Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to align sales efforts with client needs.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to adjust sales tactics accordingly.Foster strong client relationships to maximize long-term partnerships and revenue growth.Process Improvement & Reporting:Implement and optimize CRM utilization to track sales performance and pipeline health.Develop and refine sales playbooks, objection-handling frameworks, and call scripts.Report on sales metrics, forecasting, and trends to senior leadership.Continuously improve sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates.Education and Experience: Associate's degree or higher (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in sales leadership, training, or coaching role. Prior staffing experience highly preferable. Aviation experience a plus!Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong background in sales training, mentorship, and coaching with a passion for developing sales talent.Experience in aviation, staffing, or B2B sales is highly preferred.Demonstrated ability to hold sales teams accountable while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, etc.) and sales automation platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret sales performance metrics.skills/abilities/Competencies: Proficiency in a MS Office 365 environment, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.Self-motivated, exceptional listening skills, and the ability to problem-solve.Must be comfortable in a hands-on, fast paced environment and have a get-it-done attitude.Skilled at building rapport and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers within the Business Aviation industry.Willing to travel 25-30% to various tradeshows and networking events throughout the year.NOTE: This career opportunity is not currently open to placement services.
