OutScout is engaged with the hiring team for a public safety technology company.As leaders in the space, they are developing the use of devices, cloud technologies, and real-time data to help first responders handle emergencies, protect the public, and increase social transparency.They're in a strong financial position with an $52B valuation and over $1.5B in revenues with continuing growth in the U.S. and internationally.***** Hybrid in Scottsdale and traveling 30% of timeReports ***** Director of Inside Sales-WestDirect ***** 7-10 Sales Representatives (Inside Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives)What Youll Do• Meet and exceed assigned sales revenue and productivity targets• Monitor and track Sales rep individual performance, strengths, and areas of opportunity• Communicate evaluations and execute developmental steps.• Coach, develop, and mentor sales reps• Ensure activity standards are being delivered• Ensure use of and accuracy of metrics.• Work with other business functions to improve the effectiveness of cross-functional processes• Meets with each Sales rep individually each month to review previous months results and identify areas for improvement• Demonstrates understanding of how to motivate employees for their reasons and understanding of how to manage a recognition and reward program for their team.What You Bring• 2+ years experience in an Inside Sales Management role (preferably in SaaS, Networking, Hosting, Cloud, or Telecommunications environment)• 4+ years experience in an Inside Sales individual contributor role (preferably in SaaS, Networking, Hosting, Cloud, or Telecommunications environment)• Proficient in Salesforce***** 90-100k base + bonus (200-220k OTE)
