If you have strong leadership skills and extensive estimating experience, apply today!Your Responsibilities✔️ Communicate with Owners, Representatives, Fabricators, Contractors, Suppliers & Consultants✔️ Coordinate bid preparation & ensure timely submission✔️ Assist in budgets, subcontracts, purchase orders & project schedules✔️ Ensure a seamless project handoff to the construction team✔️ Review specifications, drawings & scope of work✔️ Estimate indirect costs (management, equipment, tools)✔️ Review & finalize proposals before submission✔️ Engage in proposal presentations when needed✔️ Train & mentor estimating staff✔️ Maintain strong relationships with operations teams✔️ Prepare budget pricing, unit price schedules & lump sum pricingWhat You Need✅ 10+ years of steel construction estimating experience✅ Strong math & communication skills✅ Experience in industrial & commercial structural/miscellaneous construction✅ Ability to work quickly & accurately under deadlines✅ Knowledge of conceptual estimating & design-build projects✅ Strong leadership & business communication skills✅ Experience with design models✅ Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHow to *****Interested candidates should submit an up-to-date resume to gfiler@ or apply directly through this advertisement.
