We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue to offer top-tier services to our clients. Position * As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their employee benefits programs. You will work closely with our clients to design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits solutions that meet the unique needs of their workforce. This role requires strong communication skills, an in-depth understanding of benefits products, and a passion for providing outstanding service.Key *Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with employee benefits offerings.Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day benefits inquiries and issues.Oversee the administration and management of client benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.Advise clients on the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in employee benefits.Prepare materials & presentations open enrollment meetings, employee benefit education sessions, and benefits training for client organizations.Work with internal teams and insurance carriers to coordinate benefits enrollment, claims processing, and issue resolution.Prepare reports, renewals, and benefit summaries for clients, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.Assist with benefits negotiations and vendor management to ensure competitive pricing and effective service delivery.Stay current with industry trends, benefit laws, and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefitsIn-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Strong understanding of benefits compliance and regulations, such as ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, and COBRA.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with benefits management software is a plus.Insurance license (or ability to obtain) preferred but not required.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package including Medical, dental, vision, FSA, Dependent Care & 401K.Opportunity for career growth and development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00*** Salary dependent upon experience.
