They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.ResponsibilitiesIdentify partnership opportunitiesDevelop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expandWriting and managing all government and foundation grantsMaintaining all grant records for audit purposesIdentifying new individual, foundation, corporate and government prospects.Developing, coordinating and implementing a high donor program for CACMaintain existing businessThink critically when planning to assure project successOther duties as requestedQualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent experience3 - 4 years prior industry related business development experienceExperience in grant writing on the federal, state and local levelStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesMust pass a criminal background check and a central registry checkReports to the executive director for the agencyFocused and goal-oriented
