The Director will focus on system best practices, process optimization, new business implementation, and continuous improvement of key systems and processes. Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain a strong relationship with IT partners, the executive team, and stakeholders.Participate in the development of detailed road maps, driving execution for future changes to systems, integrations, and reporting.Manage a team of systems personnel to complete system development required to meet project requests submitted from the appropriate department or PMO group. This includes enhancements, new development, and client/customer onboarding development as needed.Manage unit testing, documentation, and implementation of new applications and technologies.Management of multiple large-scale projects at one time while aligning timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources, as necessary. Analyze the functionality and capabilities of all software applications (Application Subject Matter Expert). Works with end-users to solve systems and software challenges with a strong emphasis on system development/customization avoidance. When system development is required, new applications will be evaluated/considered as alternatives to custom development.Develop and lead Process Improvement initiatives by participating in user group meetings to identify areas where Application Services can assist in problem-solving or recommend solutions.Develops FDDs (Functional Design Documents), bridging the gap between business requirements and system enhancements.Works with users to prioritize and manage enhancements related to systems and applications through steering committee processes, strong emphasis on client impact and ROI.Responsible for providing general training on all systems and applications, including the development of training materials, SOPs, and videos.Manages effective onboarding of new business.Other duties as required.Qualifications:Professional degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of seven (7) years of experience with the development, implementation, and operational oversight of Enterprise Systems.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of the processes, trends, and best practices in managing enterprise systems.Good technical skills, including strong proficiency in relational databases, application design, and business logic.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise.
