Responsible for the daily management of accounts, including order entry, flow charts, brand allocations, and make-goods, and provide excellent customer service, while providing support to the account executives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for billing teams with invoice revisions and credit checks, as well as Creative teams to coordinate creative assets and troubleshoot issues. Developing and maintaining relationships with agency counterparts. Create strong internal relationships and work with various groups such as Traffic, Pricing & Inventory, Finance, Marketing and other departments. This role requires an individual that thrives in fast paced environments and has the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service.
