If you are passionate about what you do and having fun while doing it; tired of rigid and strict work environments and would like to work in a non-bureaucratic startup cultural environment, WorldLink may be the place for you.For more information about our craft, visit we're looking for:We are looking for a Sales Representative (EPP) who will be responsible forRole and Responsibilities:Employer Purchase Program ("EPP") New Partner On-Boarding & Management:Prospect the Fortune 500 & 1000 for new EPP partners.Manage the subsequent relationship with new EPP partners.Work with partners to develop "never been done before" initiatives to increase awareness of EPP program by employees within the employers served by each partner.Develop a thorough understanding of the partner's overall employee benefit plans, strategies and tactics, in order to ensure the company is consistently receiving exposure commensurate with engagement and revenue goals.Ensure that data sharing practices are occurring between partner and company, in order to allow personalization of offers, product visibility, etc. to occur across each partner's employee portfolio.EPP Program Awareness:Within the large employer organizations with which company has direct EPP program relationships, ensure consistent understanding of how each organization promotes such programs to their employees.Partnering with B2B sales team members, develop and execute initiatives within client companies that lead to increased awareness and sales of EPP program.General Responsibilities:Function as the primary relationship manager and "Subject Matter Expert," providing thought leadership on how EPP programs lead to increased employee engagement and morale, and making recommendations on how employers can improve employee awareness of EPP program.Responsible for growth of key direct-to-consumer sales acquisition channel.Leads cross-functional teams and initiatives; must be able to influence outcomes through strong leadership and expertise.Track customer requests and status while working with various internal teams to fulfill the need.Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement and growth both within accounts and more broadly with B2B eCommerce.Required Experience and Education:3-5+ years experience with a proven track record in sales, account management, customer service, business development and strategic sales, preferably in Technology companies.College degree preferred but not required.Digital marketing/sales experience, preferably within an eCommerce businessStrong knowledge of eCommerce marketing best practices and trends; eCommerce marketing thought leadership.Experience and capability to work in a highly autonomous environment - a "get it done now" attitude.Knowledge of direct-to-consumer eCommerce business practices and operations is highly desirable.Knowledge of premium brand channel sales, marketing, and operational processes is desirable.Necessary Skills and Attributes:Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.Ability to navigate the organization to gather information, elicit feedback, gain buy-in, and engage others in B2C activities.Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Proficiency in all components of MS Office suite, particularly Excel.Ability to create and maintain good sales records and forecasting.Sales professional with strong ability to sell to different customer profiles and the ability to pitch and manage multiple accounts.Relationships and contacts within existing Fortune 500 HR and IT strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results.Demonstration of innovation and initiative; always looking at improving the customer experience and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help wherever necessary.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by contract employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
