The role is based in Jacksonville, FL, with some remote work flexibility. The Residential Sales Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to new business development, sales, residential estimating, and account management.QualificationsNew Business Development, Sales Skills, Lead Management, and Residential Estimating (required)Residential renovation and remodel experienceComputer skills (Microsoft suite and others)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamKnowledge of the construction industry (required)Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, plus but not requiredVeteran plus but not required
