We are growing fast and need to hire faster.About the RoleAs part of the Full Stack Engineering team, you'll play a key role inreviewing, writing, and testing code for customized client deployments. By analyzing clients business processes, you'll ensure that the Odoo system seamlessly aligns with their needs and suggest improvements to optimize workflows. You'll also create tailored modifications to Odoo's applications to meet specific requirements, empowering businesses to run more efficiently.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, developers, and customers) to design and deliver tailored client solutionsTake ownership of assigned software modules and applications, ensuring high-quality and timely deliveryDesign and develop scalable, integrated solutions within Odoo and through third-party integrationsTroubleshoot, debug, fix, and upgrade software to ensure reliable and robust performance in production environmentsAdhere to and promote best programming practices, including coding standards, code and design reviews, and comprehensive test coverageProvide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed solutionsImplement and refine modification requests across Odoo application modules to meet client needsConduct code walk-throughs with clients and partners to ensure alignment and clarityAssist with system migrations and refresh activities to maintain seamless operationsQualifications and Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of experience and educationFrontend:1+ years of professional experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, proficiency in HTML, SASS/LESS, and CSSBackend: 1+ years of Object-Oriented programming experience (Python preferred)Experience with Unix/Linux platformsStrong understanding of database architecture and design concepts (UML/ERD)Proven ability to debug and optimize custom software solutionsExceptional ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiencesEffective communication skills with team members, partners, and customersNice to have:Professional software development experienceExperience with Odoo or similar ERP systemsStrong technical communication and collaboration skillsBackground in SaaS or startup environmentsA proactive learning mindset focused on continuous improvementAdditional language skills (Spanish, French, or Portuguese preferred)Compensation and Perks:Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSA Matching, 401K Matching, and Commuter BenefitsPTO (Paid-time-off), paid sick days, and paid holidaysEmployee Assistance Program: 3 X 1-hour telehealth calls with certified mental health professionals$100 towards a work-from-home office setupEvolve in a nice working atmosphere with a passionate, growing team!Chef-prepared lunches - snacks, fruit, and coffee/drinks on tap!Company-sponsored events for groups of 6+ employeesThe estimated annual compensation range for this role is $90,000-$105,000.
