Job SummaryWe are looking for a full-time Customer Service & Account Manager to assist our wholesale team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives in a sales environment. The applicant must also have a positive attitude, can work cohesively with a team and must be willing to travel.Responsibilities and Duties· Attend and sell to wholesale customers at tradeshows· Work with customers and accounts in the office showroom in a sales capacity· Customer Service for wholesale customers- includes entering orders, sales, accurate processing of shipments· Packing and unpacking of shoe samples for Tradeshows· Merchandizing the showroom· Coordinate tradeshow logistics including submitting tradeshow contracts and printing banners for shows· Participate in various duties and special projects· Answering customer service emails in a timely manner, ensuring a resolution for each customer and their needsQualifications and Skills** Experience in either Showroom, Wholesale or Fashion capacityBasic understanding of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc...Strong communication skills with an understanding of retail merchandisingExcellent data entry skillsDetail oriented team playerClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to wear many hats and multi-task on various projects as neededSelf-starter with excellent verbal, written, and analytical skillsMust be able to lift 40 pounds comfortablyMust be able to stand for several hours in the shiftMust be able to travel to tradeshowsJob ** Full-time In ***** Monday - Friday- 8am- 5pm
