Senior Manager Market Access

MRSLC Search has a long standing partnership with a global company in the Diabetes space that is currently seeking a Sr. Manager of Market Access to join their growing team. This role will report to the VP Finance and will be responsible for expanding patient access to this companys products.This role will be instrumental in building and executing market access strategy, ensuring formulary placement and reimbursement. It will also involve interfacing with PBMs and overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, including negotiation and more. This person will work closely with various key stakeholders, the sales team and other internal and external customers to maximize product availability. The Sr. Mgr will also be performing data analysis and reporting, rebate verification accuracy and market research.The position offers a competitive base salary + bonus and full benefits including 100% company funded insurance premiums for employee and dependents and 401k with match.We are seeking the *****4 year degree (MBA or other advanced degree preferred)5+ years of experience in market access in the pharma and/or medical device spaceStrong understanding of PBMs, formulary management, reimbursement processes and contractingMUST live within commuting distance to the Holmdel, NJ area - this role can be remote, but will require 1-2 days per week in office in HolmdelMinimum travel is required for this role
