About the RoleOur client seeks a results-driven National Account Manager to lead new customer acquisition, generate leads, and develop long-term client relationships. This role focuses on business development, contract negotiations, and strategic sales efforts to drive revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Develop targeted sales strategies and negotiate contracts.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.Maintain a pipeline of opportunities using CRM software.Meet and exceed sales goals.Collaborate with leadership on sales planning and forecasting.Stay updated on industry trends and company services.What We're Looking For5+ years of sales and business development experience (construction industry preferred).Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Ability to travel up to 80%.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience using CRM software.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).If you're a motivated sales professional looking to make an impact, we encourage you to apply!
