We are seeking a highly motivated New Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.Key *Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients in IT staffing and augmentation.Identify and engage with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement, HR) at target companies.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure successful placement of IT professionals.Negotiate and close staffing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.Stay updated on IT industry trends and workforce demands to align business development efforts.Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue growth.Required *Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT staffing or staff augmentation sales.Strong understanding of IT job roles, industry trends, and recruitment processes.Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing enterprise-level client accounts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work in a hybrid setup (or remotely for exceptional candidates).Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Preferred ****Existing client relationships within the IT industry.Experience working with MSPs/VMS programs.Knowledge of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing models.Would you like any modifications to this, or should I format it for job postings?
