Associate - Asset Manager

Macdonald & Company has been exclusively retained to recruit an Associate, Asset Manager for a growing real estate investment firm specializing in industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets.About the Position:This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative platform focused on mission-critical properties across major metropolitan markets. Based in Los Angeles, the Associate will support portfolio performance, leasing, financing, and dispositions while collaborating closely with senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:Support the execution of asset-level business plansAnalyze portfolio performance, leasing activity, and financing opportunitiesPrepare reports for senior management, investor relations, and loan complianceEvaluate new tenant opportunities and lease structuresAssist with lender negotiations and due diligence for financingCollaborate with Property and Asset Management teams on budgeting and forecastingQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate; advanced certifications (MSRE, CFA, etc.) a plus3+ years of experience in asset managementExpertise in Microsoft Excel and ARGUS Enterprise
