Social Media Director- Once Upon a Time Foundation

The Once Upon a Time Foundation (OUAT) is a $275 million foundation in Fort Worth, TX with three main areas of interest - community partnerships, health and medicine, and the Philanthropy Lab.OUAT is seeking a bright, eager, and dedicated individual to join the team as Social Media Director in its downtown Fort Worth, TX office. The Foundations Social Media Director will be responsible for maintaining and updating any of the Foundations four websites, as well as creating, designing, and strategizing media content. This individual will join a team of 7-8 people who work across OUATs various program areas. This will be a full-time position of approximately 50 hours a week in the office.The ideal candidate will have a desire to develop both their creative, communicative, writing and analytical skills, and have strong attention to detail. OUAT always has a variety of media and website projects to handle in an array of focus areas, which keeps the work fast paced and ever changing. This role, subsequently, requires a high level of organizational skills.Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Maintaining and/or updating current company websites: , , , Utilizing SEO to increase website trafficCreating and coordinating social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.Developing new and innovated social media strategies to engage new audiences and re-engage oldWorking with graphic design programs to create company graphicsDeveloping written content to accompany visual graphicsQualificationsBachelors degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA3-5 years of professional experience with related to website maintenance, content creation and/or social media management in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet goals and deadlinesWillingness to make a minimum two-year commitment to the positionBe able to work around the companys typical office hours (8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday-Friday)CompensationCompensation will be increased by 10% over current, depending on experience, plus full benefits.To ApplyIf you are interested in applying for this position, please submit your information here:
