Staff Architect

Our client, a well-known theme park and resort, is looking for a Staff Architect to join their team for a 12-month contract in Anaheim, CA. Join the Architecture & Facilities Engineering (A&FE) team to help design, sustain, and enhance attractions, hotels, shops, and more. As a Staff Architect, you'll serve as an Architectural Owner's Representative, managing external design teams and ensuring projects meet standards, codes, and stakeholder needs.**Oversee project design from concept to construction, coordinating external architects/engineers.Ensure designs align with standards, codes, and long-term maintainability.Develop project scopes, budgets, and RFPs for external consultants.Lead design reviews, stakeholder updates, and city compliance coordination.Provide technical expertise, problem-solving, and quality assurance for diverse projects.13+ years of architectural experience with a California Architecture License.Strong background in design management, construction documentation, and code compliance.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.Expertise in California Building Code, ADA, and safety regulations.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.*** Master planning experience, CASp Certification.***** Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture (NAAB accredited).If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
