Akkodis is hiring for an Executive Admin Assistant to support our client in the Healthcare sector! Location: Hybrid based in French Camp, CA (2 days remote: Monday & Friday)Duration: 5-Month ContractPay: $37/hrOverview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. This role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily to-do lists, including checking calendars, emails, confirming meetings, and preparing materials.Maintain calendar and contacts list, scheduling meetings as needed.Create and submit travel requests for staff.Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Develop documents, spreadsheets, and VISIO diagrams (e.g., org charts, workflows) as requested.Process staff expense reimbursements following company guidelines.Take and transcribe meeting minutes with precision.Draft standard business correspondence and format documents.Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries professionally.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.At least four years of progressively responsible administrative experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to type 60 WPM with 90% accuracy.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Excellent time management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.Experience handling sensitive situations with diplomacy and discretion.Preferred:Experience in healthcare or related industries.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
