Pilot Plant R&D Engineer

Stepan is seeking an R&D Engineer (PTD Specialist II) to join our team in the Process Technology Department (PTD) at Stepan Millsdale. In this role, you will report to the PTD Technical Director. The role involves designing complex research strategies, developing innovative chemical engineering solutions, leading pilot development, managing projects, and mentoring junior engineers.
