The essential functions are as ***** Assist with project meeting coordination, agendas, email monitoring, answering phone calls, and related information.Assist with preparing proposals and logging contract approvals.Prepare exhibits and related work for project presentations.Prepare engineering sketches, plans, and maps.Maintain prompt and regular attendance.Prepare draft report templates and perform reviews of technical memorandums/reports.QualificationsAnalytical Skills and Project ManagementCommunication SkillsRelevant experience in traffic engineering or a related fieldStrong software development skillsHigh School DiplomaExperience with AutoCAD is a plusTraining/Special Requirements• Job specific training will be provided according to class specification during work hours.• Possess valid California Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.• Receive satisfactory results from a background investigation, a physical examination.
