The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of construction projects, coordinating various tasks, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. This role involves working closely with contractors, clients, and team members to achieve successful project outcomes.QualificationsExperience in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management Strong skills in Managing Project Budgets and Construction Management (Job Cost Reporting)Proficiency in overall Project ManagementExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environmentBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) would be beneficialExperience with construction software and technology is a MUST (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project experience preferred)
