We are seeking a disciplined, motivated, and top performing Electrical Project Manager Estimator with a proven track record of building relationships that matter in our Pleasanton, CA office location. This is a role for an experienced and collaborative professional with a strong understanding of electrical construction. The role will involve both sales and project management.BROAD JOB SCOPE:Establish and execute project objectives and performance standards that align with corporate policies.Lead and oversee all aspects of construction in accordance with the contract requirements.Develop relationships and a high level of credibility with internal team members and the clients we serve.Develop estimates and proposals for bid opportunities with clients.Work with clients on design solutions for DB special projects.Provide budgets to customers as required.Responsible for generating and managing own book of work with clients.Size of projects will range anywhere from $5k to $2mm. Majority will be in the size of $250k to $500k range.Will be expected to manage multiple projects of this size with a general revenue of $5mm per year.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:5+ years of electrical project management experience in public works, federal or private projects with individual contract values > $50k and portfolios > $2mmSpecific experience with renovations, TI work, replacement of distribution systems, FA Systems, is necessary.Experience in estimating and costing.Preferably bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, Business or related fields.Must be experienced in the design build delivery method.
