PM + Scrum Master/BA

Role: PM + Scrum MasterLocation: Chicago, ILDuration:contract Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead mid-size projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives.Track project progress and escalate risks or blockers with mitigation strategies.Manage resource allocation and project dependencies efficiently.Scrum Master Responsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Implement Agile best practices and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration.Maintain and track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to enhance delivery efficiency.Business Analysis Responsibilities:Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and business rules documentation.Collaborate with stakeholders to define product features and acceptance criteria.Work closely with developers, testers, and designers to ensure successful implementation.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in change management efforts.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Experience:5+ years of combined experience in project management, Agile delivery, and business analysis.Project Management: At least 5 years of experience in managing projects, tracking deliverables, and working with cross-functional teams.Scrum Master: Minimum 3 years of experience facilitating Agile teams, conducting Agile ceremonies, and ensuring Scrum best practices.Business Analysis: At least 3-5 years of experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or smartsheetAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Experience in handling mid-size technology or business transformation projects.Certification(s) preferred: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, CBAP
