If you are interested in working on high-profile projects - including tall towers, office, residential, life science, renovations and more - in a rewarding, flexible environment, come and grow your career with McSal.Job Description:Design and project management of diverse structural project types using concrete, structural steel, wood and masonry in a hands-on role producing project engineering designs and drawings while managing and mentoring team members.Education/Experience:· Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, (Masters desirable)· 5+ years' experience in Structural EngineeringDuties:· Structural engineering design and project management· Preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, analytical models, reports and correspondence· Construction Administration including review of shop drawings, submittals, RFI's and field observations· Attend internal and external meetings with clients, design team members and construction team - both virtual and in-personSkills/Qualifications:· Knowledge of building fundamentals and design codes and standards such as IBC, ASCE, AISC and ACI· Excellent planning and organizational skills for our fast-paced environment· Highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges· Strong technical skills, excellent verbal and written communications· Experience with structural programs such as RAM, ETABS, ADAPT, SAFE and REVIT· Experience with REVIT - 3D BIM modeling software.· Strong attention to detailSalary/Benefits:· PTO· Medical, Dental, Life, Disability· 401k match· Continuing Education Reimbursement· The salary range for this position, in good faith at the time of this posting, will be between $100k to $125k per yearTo apply for this position:Please send a cover letter and resume to employment@
