Marketing Project Manager

Our client, a global investment management company, is actively looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join their team in Malvern, PA!This role is onsite hybrid so candidates must be local.This is a 6 month initial contract with the opportunity to extend and/or convertResponsibilitiesResponsible for end-to-end project management of marketing initiatives and deliverablesResponsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring project plans and timelines partnering with Marketing Product Owners to enable strategic development through the discovery process and translates strategy into actional steps for creative developmentBuilds and maintains effective relationships. Manages team dynamics by leading, coaching, and enabling cross-functional marketing teams through discovery, creative development, and deliveryActively identifies, manages, and mitigates project impediments and risks for the respective marketing portfolioResponsible for coordinating and facilitating meetings throughout the discovery and development process supporting effective information exchange between internal and external stakeholders. Documents and communicates meeting outcomes and action itemsPartners with PMO on process and model improvements, resourcing discussions, and acts as a change agent for the implementation of marketing tools, processes, and operating modelsRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelors degree required, PMP and/or Masters degree would be a plus3-5 years of experience working on marketing operations projects, ideally at an enterprise organizationExperience working with Workfront or a similar work management platform (exposure to Adobe Products is highly preferred)Experience with B2B marketing is a plusExperience working in financial services or any other highly regulated industry is a plus
