Windows Server & Microsoft 365 ***** Manage Microsoft Server environments, Office 365 migrations, Exchange administration, and Hyper-V virtualized infrastructures.Active Directory & Network Services ***** Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, BNS, DHCP, and other essential network services. Security & Backup Solutions ***** Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Client-Focused IT Consulting & ***** Work closely with clients to asses their IT needs, provide expert recommendations and implement tailored solutions to meet business objectives. Requirements & ***** Must ***** Experience with Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-V and Microsoft 365 migrations. Expertise in Windows Desktop OS installation, configuration and troubleshooting.Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and security configurations. ***** Industry ***** Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), VMware (VCP), or equivalent.
