**Conduct hands-on device testing using both standard and custom test setups.Analyze test data to identify trends, failures, and areas for performance improvement.Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to the engineering team.Develop and implement reliability test procedures to ensure device performance and longevity.Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy in data collection.Oversee testing lab maintenance to keep equipment in optimal working condition.Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate test findings into design enhancements.Support root cause analysis for device failures and suggest corrective actions.Assist in ReRAM device characterization, test report generation, and reliability assessments.**Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Proficient in Python, C, and C# for test automation and data analysis.Strong understanding of testing methodologies and reliability principles.Basic knowledge of ReRAM and MOSFET device operation.Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters.Proficiency with data analysis tools to evaluate test results.Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project priorities.
