Company DescriptionArchitectural Precast Innovations is an architectural precast concrete manufacturer located in Middleburg, Central Pennsylvania. With a focus on customization and quality control, we offer a variety of product options to meet our clients needs.Role DescriptionResponsible for proper receipt of new project and all related project information to kick off project.Responsible for ensuring that contracts are in place for both customers and sub-contractors and are negotiated to be fair and equitable along with review and confirmation of scope of work.Responsible for providing information to Operations Manager for accurate production scheduling.Responsible for the timely updating and completion of:Project flow chart schedules; Scheduling software knowledge; Tracking of job costs.Ensuring the project job costs worksheets are complete & accurateCoordinate and follow up on production of project samples and mock-ups for customer approval.Attend all necessary site meetings and is prepared to give helpful insight to the project.Oversight for coordination of site and logistic issues.Provides accounting department progress billing percentage complete for schedule of value items in a timely manner and per specification requirements which may include pencil copies of AIA forms from customers.Responsible for maintaining a fair and positive relationship with customers.Follows up with customer, general contractor, sub-contractor, etc. in a timely manner.Prioritize goals and objectives, enforce deadlines, and recommend and implement solutions for changes and improvements.Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.Proficient with Microsoft Office softwareDemonstrated verbal/written communication skills.Good organizational and time management skills.Proactive thinker.Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.QualificationsRelated Degree, Certificate, High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.Prior precast project management experience preferred.Construction and/or Supervisory experience is a plus
