Project Manager

Our team is seeking a high performing, proactive Project Manager who can self-start and deliver high value to the client with minimal oversight from Senior Management. The PM needs to be hyper-organized, schedule-focused, and a strong communicator who can collaborate directly with client stakeholders in Senior Management Positions on a daily basis.Core RequirementsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis and deliver high quality projects on time and under budgetExperience managing an internal team of high-performing engineering professionalsExperience managing delivery of soft deliverables (reports, design documents, etc.)Desire for continuous self-improvement and to grow into senior management positions as the company growsExperience with tracking scope, schedule, budget plan vs actualUnderstands concepts such as % complete, revenue forecasting, accrual accountingDiligent, hard working, detail focusedExperience with consistent internal project reporting to upper managementStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, project managers, and technical teamsProficiency in Microsoft OfficePreferred Skills/ExperienceWorking knowledge with Building Management Systems/Building Automation Systems (BMS/BAS)Working knowledge of commercial building HVAC infrastructure (chillers, boilers, air handling units, etc.)Working knowledge of NY/NJ utility incentive programs (ConEd, NYSERDA, NJ SmartStart)Energy Project Finance and Funding Methods
