Ensures projects are set up correctly and that proper tools are in place prior to the beginning of a project. Secures all necessary permits as requested by the Senior Project Manager, and makes sure contracts, insurance, and bonds are current and received before subcontractor performs any work on site.Looking for individuals with technical backgrounds and education. Engineering and construction management backgrounds are preferred.Required Education and ExperienceBackground and / or experience in construction, engineering or management.Technical backgroundPreferred Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in construction, engineering or management related discipline.5 years' background and / or experience in construction, engineering or management.
