Position SummaryMEP Project Manager for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protectionResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and oversee MEP related activities throughout all phases of preconstruction and construction for multiple projectsManage a team of 15+ engineers to ensure their design and quality is code compliant, follows the client and architects requirements, follows the clients budget intents, and follows the clients schedulesCommunicate with clients on a regular basis for project updates, requests, additional services, etc.Apply applicable codes and standards to mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for all projectsRun complex meetings with multiple attendees and manage follow-up deliverablesConduct TR inspections and site surveys for existing conditions100% remote work environmentComfortable using Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and AutoCADQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an Accredited College4 or more years of relevant experienceStrong understanding of the NEC, local, state, and International Building CodesStrong AutoCAD capabilitiesExperience with HVAC systems in large multifamily and commercial buildingsFrequent local field visits in the NYC area will be necessary (approximately 30-40%)LEED AP BD+C and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certifications are a plusRequired ExperienceNYC Department of Environmental Protection Sewer Connection Proposal and Cross Connection applicationsNYC DOB NOW expeditingGeneral Autodesk Revit, Bim360, and NavisworksWorking knowledge of electrical and fire alarm systemsSkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailSkilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent critical thinking skillsDetail oriented and highly organizedCompetenciesEnsures Accountability- holds self and others accountable to meet commitments;
