Due to significant recent growth, we are looking to add both a PM and Senior PM to our team based in GA!Job Summary:We are seeking both experienced Project Managers & Senior Project Managers to lead our project teams across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting quality standardsKey Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Provide on-site leadership by building and motivating team members to meet project goals.Full Project Lifecycle Ownership: Manage projects from initiation through deployment for multiple initiatives simultaneously.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders to provide strategic updates and gather feedback.Resource Management: Procure and manage resources effectively to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes.Requirements:Extensive experience in construction project management, ideally on both interiors and base building projects up to $10MStrong leadership skills with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams across various sectors (education, healthcare, commercial).This role offers opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic environment that values innovation and teamwork.
