We are searching for a talented Trial Paralegal to join our Litigation Team and help us win big on behalf of our clients. Responsibilities: Draft complaints and pleadings, including but not limited to CMC statements and other court approved forms, written discovery (propounding and responding), etc. Calendaring relevant litigation deadlines, filing/service in state and federal courts. Assist in drafting trial prep documents, including but not limited to: Jury Instructions, Witness Lists, Exhibit Lists, Motions in Limine, Trial Binders, trial subpoenas/on-call agreements. Interfacing with clients via written correspondence, zoom calls to go over discovery and/or deposition preparation. Requirements: 2+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) is highly preferred. Excellent time management, proof reading, communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Experienced working in a paperless environment. Able to learn cutting edge technology like Esquire Tek and other AI-assisted platforms. Paralegal certificate is required. Benefits: Opportunities for growth and advancement.
