Senior Executive Litigation Legal Secretary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Litigation Legal Secretary to join a law firm in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting attorneys with schedules, calendaring, filings, billing, and timekeeping. This is a high-volume and fast-paced position that involves dealing with highly confidential matters.Benefits:Paid parking401KHealth and dental insuranceEmployee assistanceHybrid schedule possibilityResponsibilities:Support the managing partner as well as 3 other partners.Draft, format, revise, and ensure accuracy of various types of legal, agency, and business documents.Provide superior customer service to clients, vendors, and colleagues.Schedule and coordinate depositions, court reporters, and videographers.Input information into time and billing and document management systems.Calendar deadlines from incoming mail, pleadings, and hearings.Open new matters utilizing firm computer program; prepare physical files for new matters; gather necessary information to complete conflicts checks, perform conflict of interest checks, and maintain all client and general files.Prepare files and submit court filings through State and Federal Courts.Perform e-filing/service of legal documents and make service on opposing parties.Schedule appointments, receive and make calls, open and sort mail, make travel arrangements, submit reimbursements/expense reports, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.Maintain privacy rules by not revealing client information.Qualifications:Must have experience as a high-level legal secretary.Experience supporting attorneys with schedules, calendaring, filings, billing, and time keeping required.Familiarity with enterprise time and billing systems: SurePoint (LMS), Chrome River, and ITimekeep preferred.This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment where you can utilize your skills and experience to make a significant impact.
