Position OverviewUltimate Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our clients team in Oregon on a part-time basis. This role provides essential administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate has a solid background in office administration and some experience with HR-related duties. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to expand their experience in Human Resources!ResponsibilitiesSupport employee relations initiatives.Create and publish job descriptions.Prescreen potential candidates.Assist with the open enrollment process.Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.Conduct audits to ensure compliance.Update and maintain HR forms and documentation.Coordinate scheduling and meetings.Manage filing and organizational tasks.Assist the Payroll Manager as needed.Assist with additional HR duties as required.QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of related office experience, including 1 year of assisting in HR-related duties.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience with Navision and ADP is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.High attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal supervision.Required Work HoursPart-time schedule with flexible work hours as agreed upon with the supervisor.BenefitsCompetitive pay rate ranging from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Additional DetailsThe position requires a High School Diploma as the minimum education requirement.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
