Commercial HVAC material supplier in Jacksonville, Florida has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant/Estimating Coordinator. Hands-on training is provided. The responsibility of this position is to assist the Estimating Manager in the bid process. Ensure on time delivery of quotations, input customer requests, prepare bid reports, and general administrative duties.Job Responsibilities:Sending quotations to bidders in a timely manner.Processing customer emails.Entering jobs into the quote system.Obtain the necessary drawings and specifications for customer quote requests.Identify HVAC products on plans and specifications.Advise sales teams of relevant equipment.Send drawings and specifications to the factory for pricing when required.Evaluate and send off relevant projects for takeoffs.Communicating with estimating department personnel and following up with sales teams as required to ensure bids are processed and sent out on time.Update daily bid plan and report.Update customer and factory contact lists as required.QualificationsCandidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
