Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianMarous Management Services is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to service the Residence at Chargrin Riverwalk propertyin Willoughby, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, adjustments and/or replacements of all mechanical systems related to the properties.Additional Responsibilities:Understands the Marous 5 Ps Business Plan and be an active participant in the implementation and execution of responsibilities necessary to achieve property and company goalsPerforms maintenance, repair, adjustment, or replacement of all mechanical systems related to the properties including appliances, hot water heaters, carpentry, smoke detectors, disposals, HVAC units, hardware, plumbing fixtures and lines, electrical systems, switches, circuit breakers, outlets and light fixtures, pool, air conditioning equipment and lines.Completes routine unit turns in preparation for occupancy (check, adjust, repair all mechanical and architectural systems).Performs routine preventive maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes in a timely manner.Performs routine property maintenance including trash pickup and snow/ice removal.Maintains building interior and exterior of one or more facilities.Presents a professional, positive and helpful attitude at all times when interacting with tenants and co-workers.Observes additional maintenance needs requiring attention and report those to the appropriate supervisor.Responds to emergency situations as necessary.Performs other duties related to the work described herein.Has the ability to handle after-hours on-call rotation.Requirements:High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalentAt least 2 years of previous maintenance experience within the property management industryAvailable to be on-call in rotationThe ability to lift up to 60lbsPay:Non-HVAC Certified: $16-$20/hour, depending on experienceHVAC Certified: $20-$23/hour, depending on experienceBenefits:$500 Sign-On BonusMedicalDentalVisionShort- and Long-Term Disability401kLife InsurancePaid Time OffBonusesIf you are interested in this position, please submit a current resume
