A prominent firm is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plaintiff Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. In this role, you will support attorneys in all aspects of plaintiff litigation, from case inception through trial. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in personal injury, employment law, or other plaintiff-focused practice areas.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with case management, including drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials.Coordinate and manage deadlines, court filings, and attorney calendars.Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel to facilitate case progress.Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and physical.Prepare demand letters, medical summaries, and settlement documents.Assist with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, trial binders, and witness coordination.Handle administrative duties such as billing, correspondence, and case tracking.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a plaintiff-focused practice.Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.Proficiency in legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw), case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong understanding of civil litigation, court procedures, and legal terminology.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.Compensation:$75k - $90k annually depending on relevant experience.
