Senior Nuclear Engineer with Top Secret/SCI

We are looking for a Senior Nuclear Engineer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC. This role involves conducting nuclear facility and vulnerability assessments, performing reverse engineering analysis, and providing scientific and engineering expertise to enhance defense intelligence operations. Join a multi-disciplinary team working on critical counterproliferation efforts to strengthen national security.Key **Analyze foreign nuclear capabilities and assess vulnerabilities.Conduct scientific research and support defense intelligence operations.Collaborate with partners to integrate operations and intelligence against emerging threats.Develop reports and technical documentation on research findings.8+ years of experience (or 12+ years without a degree) in nuclear engineering research.Strong background in scientific analysis, tradecraft standards, and intelligence assessments.Ability to develop unique research approaches for in-depth analysis.Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance (polygraph required).***Expertise in thermo-hydraulics, seismic events, reactor engineering, or computational science.Bachelors degree in physics, engineering, or a related physical science field.
