HR MANAGER, (CONTRACT, PT - FT)Direct Agents is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our People & Culture team during the SVP of HRs parental leave. This role requires someone who can provide strong leadership, realign evolving priorities as needed, and drive initiatives forward with urgency. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, a strong communicator, and capable of guiding teams with diverse experience levels, ensuring alignment with our fast-paced business needs.This is a Part Time - Full Time hours (Contract) role is onsite and based in NYC.
