Michigan Can Lines, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our leadership team and general office operations ensuring that projects and daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Supports Plant manager and Director of Sales and Operations with day-to-day operational activities as needed.Work with stakeholders to develop, drive, and implement project goalsMaintain and organize the project calendar.Track project progress, performance, risks, key milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.Monitor budgets and project expenditures.Work with field service crews to ensure all resources are available to complete projects on time and within budget.Handle administrative tasks related to project management, such as processing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports.Oversight and management of office vendors/accounts Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelors degree, preferably in a technical field.3+ years project coordination experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively within a team.Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.Working Conditions:This position involves working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to various physical hazards, including high noise levels, chemicals, and moving machinery.
