UX Principal (Design System)

Our client, a well-known retail apparel brand, is looking for a UX Principal to join their team for a remote 5-month contract.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of UX design experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, and expertise in design systems.**Lead UX * Ensure consistency and high-quality design across digital products.Mentor & * Coach the UX team, providing feedback and training to strengthen their skills.Collaborate & * Work with product designers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-friendly experiences.Solve * Define project goals, identify issues early, and drive solutions.Advocate for * Champion user-centered design and communicate design rationale to leadership.Optimize * Plan projects, allocate resources effectively, and maintain efficiency.Drive * Stay updated on UX trends and push for best-in-class experiences.*10+ years of UX design experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Expertise in design systems, with hands-on experience in Figma and code-based systems.Strong portfolio showcasing your UX skills.Ability to balance strategy and hands-on design work.Experience in e-commerce, retail, rewards, or loyalty programs is a plus.Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
