Akkodis is seeking a UX Engineer role is Contract with client in New York (Hybrid). We're ideally looking for an applicant with experience in UX/UI with strong design and front-end development skills, proficiency in Figma, and the ability to read and extract insights from code. Experience in prototyping, AI/ML, and working with large datasets is a plus.Pay Range:$132-$135/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Overall Responsibilities: (Share 2-3 sentences about POSITION)Development of datasets for AI training and evaluationEval development and experimentation (in collaboration with UX team)Dataset creation tooling developmentData analysis of benchmark results, including development of necessary infrastructureFine tuning LLM modelsProductionizing of datasets for application to post-training of LLMsMandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)Code comprehension Ability to extract relevant information from reading code in one or more core languages and frameworks, including the ability to leverage the code as a resource to create work output for users or stakeholders.Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.Experience creating prototypes or custom tooling for the product development process.Experience with front-end development technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other)Preferred qualifications:A passion for AI/ML and its potential to transform user experiences.Experience working with large datasets and machine learning models or dataset creation or annotation.DesiredA passion for AI/ML and its potential to transform user experiences.Experience working with large datasets and machine learning models or dataset creation or annotation.If you are interested in this role, then please APPLY NOW.
