Youll work closely with other data scientists/AI engineers, software engineers, and domain experts to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that improve patient outcomes, streamline healthcare processes, and ultimately, transform the way healthcare is delivered. Lets make healthcare smarter together.Responsibilities:Lead a team of data scientists, AI engineers, and analystsDefine and execute data science and AI strategies aligned with business objectivesDesign, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models using statistical analysis and deep learning algorithmsCollect, clean, pre-process, and analyze large and complex datasets from various sourcesDesign and conduct experiments to validate and improve data-driven solutionsDeploy and maintain AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability and reliabilityIntegrate AI solutions with existing systems and applicationsMonitor model performance metrics and implement improvements as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insightsCommunicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerStay current with the latest advancements in AI and data science research and best practicesMentor and guide junior data scientists, AI engineers, and analystsIdentify and evangelize new AI and data science opportunities within the organizationQualifications:PhD or Masters degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field2-8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and data science solutionsCurrently able to work hybrid on-site a minimum of three days at our Bellevue locationDeep expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and applications; Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Large Language Models (LLM) highly desiredExcellent understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and AI principles (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning)Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant programming languagesExperience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learnExperience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with distributed computing platforms such as Spark and Hadoop (a plus)Health care experience, notably experience with RCM solutions, highly desiredPublic cloud experience (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure) desiredExperience with machine learning fairness and bias mitigation techniques desiredStrong communication and collaboration skillsBenefits:Competitive salary, early-stage equity, and benefits packageOpportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and make an impact on the companys successCollaborative and supportive work environmentChance to make a real impact on the company's AI strategy and innovationCurative AI, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, political affiliation, disability, genetic information (including family medical history), age, marital status, veteran status, or other non-merit-based factors.
