Manufacturing Engineer IIIWe are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to join our team to collaborate with engineers and operators to develop top-notch manufacturing solutions. The role is on-site and available for immediate hire.**To provide technical expertise to optimize production processes, enhance efficiency, ensure product quality, and contribute to the overall success of manufacturing operations.*** Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.***** 3 to 5 years minimum in a manufacturing engineering role.Expertise in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).Experience in designing fixtures, tooling, and gauges to improve manufacturing efficiency.Ability to identify and specify equipment for in-house manufacturing capabilities.Strong knowledge of metalworking and assembly processes.Ability to apply engineering principles for failure analysis (stress, strain, fatigue, etc.).Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and drawing detailing.Familiarity with TQM, Lean Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies is a plus.Understanding of both traditional stage gate development processes and agile design methods.Proven ability to collaborate with product engineering, quality assurance, operations, and management to implement manufacturing processes.Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment and lift up to 45 lbs.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time, including some weekends.Valid driver's license required.**Collaborate with a team of engineers and technicians to execute manufacturing-related projects aligned with company objectives.Work with the Continuous Improvement team to optimize processes using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.Provide data-driven recommendations on production, labor, material costs, and future manufacturing requirements.Research and recommend new equipment or modifications to existing equipment to improve efficiency.Analyze and optimize workflows, space requirements, and equipment layouts for maximum productivity.Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to resolve manufacturing-related quality issues.Develop and recommend maintenance procedures and spare parts inventories to maximize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.Design and manage the fabrication and implementation of fixtures, tooling, and gauges for new or improved manufacturing operations.Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package starting on Day One of full-time employment, ***Medical (including Rx), dental, and vision insurance401(k) with matching funds12 paid holidays per yearUp to 15 vacation days and 5 personal daysTuition reimbursement/educational assistancePension plan, life insurance, disability insurance, and more
